Happened to be first off the train on the way home, and consequently made the elevator start. It always sends a little thrill of pleasure through me - you step on the metal plate and the whole thing shudders into life. After that, it doesn't matter how one goes up it - it's just that step. Stop laughing at me.

 I watched the Netherlands-Japan game tonight with Mama Fumie, who also likes soccer. We had a bit of a discussion at first, because one was Japan, duh, and the other was... Sweden?
